We have felt so welcome in your home – and what a beautiful home! The breakfasts are superb – great frittata, magnificent full English but best of all, the tomatoes – scrummy. Thank you too for all the suggestions of places to visit in our first exploration of North Norfolk. We have not had enough time to visit them all but the highlight was spotting a family of Cranes at Hickling Broad and Blickling Hall. We go home feeling calm and relaxed. Thank you both and your lovely dogs, for a great holiday

Wow! What a find! We've really enjoyed our stay with you Paul and Paul.”

Such great guys, lovely home and area that needs more exploring so we'll definitely be back. Many thanks to you both and the dogs!

What a wonderful stay we have had, after three nights we feel part of the family rather than guests.

The breakfasts have been exceptional and room so comfortable. Definitely see you again for a visit. Thank you Paul and Paul and Happy New Year!

We felt from the moment we arrived, that we had been invited to stay with you in your fabulous home

A lovely welcome and everything already thought of, combined with a lovely room and big comfy bed made this a very memorable stay.

With an eye for detail, attentive and very informative Paul and Paul are great hosts

The eclectic and tranquil room was heaven, complimented by the comfy bed! The trademark breakfasts were sumptuous and set us up for the day.

Staying at a B&B like this is like visiting some really cool mates... a place done up with great taste and charm"

...lots of art books lying around and every single item - from the pictures to the bedding, furniture and crockery -  has been carefully chosen.

At every turn, this cleverly curated clutter offers something to scrutinise – an 18th-century campaign table, zig-zag bookshelves made from recycled truck lining, seats from New York, a needlepoint cushion illustrated with Battersea power station. It’s hard to stop asking “What’s this?” and “Where did you get that?”

A really lovely place to stay. We have felt very well looked after in thoughtful ways"

What warm, welcoming and well-informed hosts. The wonderful breakfasts and advice set us up for the day.

Tinsmith's has been balm to the soul

We came at a very sad time for us but the wonderful welcome we have received has been lovely and much appreciated. You really are as good as people say!

— KEN AND ANGELA, DERBYSHIRE

We had such a wonderful time here here, loved the house, the food and how welcoming you were at every moment.

It was only thanks to your directions that we got to explore some of the highlights of the region (and see the seals!) Thanks again for being so great and thoughtful, we really can't think of anybody better to run the perfect place.

— FLORIAN AND AROA, LONDON (via Berlin and Madrid)

The best B&B we've stayed in

I've still got so many questions – who painted the painting in our bedroom and the prints on the wall opposite the bed? And the Australian collection? We were really made to feel welcome, a very comfortable room, the fresh fruit, the coffee, lovely chats and please tell the marmalade maker how much we enjoyed it. Thank you so much.
